Jeff Moore, CPA Shareholder Jeff is a 1974 graduate of Washington State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.  He has been practicing public accounting in Houston since 1978, and founded this firm in 1996. Jeff places great value on his client relationships.  While he is exceptionally proud of the many clients he has served since 1978, he is equally proud of the new relationships he has forged since then. Jeff is a member of the AICPA, the Texas Society of CPAs and the Houston CPA Society.  He has served on numerous committees and as a director of the Houston and Texas CPA Societies. Doug Reichl, CPA Shareholder Doug is a 1977 graduate of Northeastern Illinois University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree graduating magna cum laude. After several years in industry he began his public accounting career in 1983 with a Houston public accounting firm. He spent over twenty years with that firm as a staff accountant, senior manager and eventual managing shareholder. Doug's practice encompasses a wide variety of closely held business ventures and professional clients in the fields of law, medicine, engineering and consulting. His client base is built on long standing relationships that span many years. He enjoys working closely with his diverse clients on the numerous tax and financial challenges they face on a daily basis. Rondalyn Baker, CPA Shareholder Rondalyn graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1984, where she was awarded a Masters of Professional Accountancy degree, graduating summa cum laude. Rondalyn started her career with a national accounting firm in the audit department, and, after three years in industry behind a controller's desk, she focused on obtaining tax experience, including several years with the largest local firm in Houston.  Her accounting and tax experience includes a diverse group of closely-held businesses, including professionals in law, engineering and consulting, wholesalers and companies owned by foreign nationals.  She continues her audit practice in the area of employee benefit plan audits. Clint Presley, CPA Manager Clint joined the firm in December of 2005.  He received a Bachelors in Accounting and Finance from McNeese State University in 2003, and a Masters in Sport Administration from Wichita State University in 2005.  Clint received his CPA license as of March 11, 2009, and is a recipient of the 2008 Elijah Watt Sells award from the AICPA for having exam scores among the ten highest of all 2008 examinees.
